Join our dynamic customer service team and help customers with queries, product information, and issue resolution while promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, product information, and issue resolution.
 - Promote and upsell products/services to meet sales targets.
 - Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
 - Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
 - Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a voice process (sales or customer service).
 - Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
 - Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
 - Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends if required).
 - Positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills.
